Jammu & Kashmir is a state located in North India, often called J & K. The state is mostly located in the Himalayan mountains and shares the international border with China. The state comprises of three regions which are: Jammu, which is also the winter capital; the Kashmir valley and the Ladakh region. Srinagar city is the summer capital of the state.
