The Hidimba Devi Temple in Manali is an important pilgrimage center. This is actually an ancient cave temple dedicated to Devi Hidimba, the consort of Bhima, the mighty warrior prince in the Mahabharata.  The Rohtang pass is a mountain pass situated in the Pir Panjal range of the Himalayas and connects the Kullu valley with the Lahaul and Spiti regions of the state. The Solang valley is situated at the top of the Kullu valley and is an important center of summer and winter sports like Parachuting, Paragliding, Skating, etc. Dharamshala, Dalhousie, Manali, and Kullu are some of the popular hill stations in the state famous around the world!
