Chitrakote Falls are known as the 'Indian Niagara', these are India's widest waterfalls located on the Indravati river. The Laxman Temple is an ancient temple in Sirpur constructed with bricks and has been recognized as India's oldest brick temple. The architecture and carvings are breathtakingly beautiful. Kanger Valley National Park is known for its beautiful waterfalls (Tirathgarh falls) and caves. The Kutumsar cave delights with its huge chambers and narrow passages. The stalactites and stalagmite formations are a sight to behold! Bhoramdeo Temple is an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva; it is known for its exquisite and intricate sculptural art. Bastar is a tribal region known for the Bastar Palace, and Goddess Danteshwari Temple, which is dedicated to the main deity of the region.
